At Purple Heart Originals LLC, we stand behind our product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchased from Purple Heart Originals LLC, we will return your money in full – or send you a replacement – no questions asked.
All we require, is that you do so within 30 days and that it be in the same condition that we sent it to you and be in the original packaging.
Of course your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase – easily done when purchasing online.
Here is the Return process:
- Contact us by email at email@example.com with the Subject Line: Return Requested. Provide us with the purchasers first and last name, phone number, address, what was purchased and the issue with the item. Be sure to include proof of purchase. Let us know if you want a refund or replacement.
- Within 24-48 business hours we will email you a pre-filled out, pre-paid FedEx label that you simply print out on letter sized paper.
- Find a FedEx location near you here.
- Drop the package and label off at your nearest FedEx location.
- For REFUND: When we receive your package, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Credit card company’s typically refund within 3-10 days.
- For REPLACEMENT: You will receive your replacement product within 4-10 days after we receive your returned item.
